This email is intended to answer some high level questions about re-entry. We will supply more details and instructions next week. There are reminders about purchasing yearbook items at the end of this message as well.

The ASK Academy will open its doors for in-person learning on Monday, April 5, 2021.

Any scholar who would like to return to campus will be able to do so Monday through Thursday.

Dropoff will be between 7:45 and 8:00.

Pickup will be between 2:00 and 2:15.

Scholars who have been scheduled for extra support will be able to stay on campus until 4:00.

Any scholar who would like to remain at home and continue remote learning will be able to do so. Those on Edgenuity will need to stay on Edgenuity, and those using Google Classroom will continue to use Google Classroom.

Due to the small size of our campus and no longer being permitted to cohort our scholars, if there is one positive COVID case on campus, we will begin the closure process for our campus. You will receive both a call and an email with the closure information within 4 hours of the notification of a positive COVID case.

Covid safe practices will be utilized, and 6 foot social distancing will be utilized whenever possible, but can no longer be guaranteed.

Scholars that choose to attend in-person learning must wear their facemask at all times. Repeated failure to wear a mask may result in a return to virtual learning.

More information will be provided next week, including a questionnaire to see how many families want their scholar to attend in-person learning given the latest guidelines from PED.

To go along with the yearbook, scholars thought it would be fun to provide our community with commemorative clothing featuring the yearbook cover art (short-sleeve shirts, long-sleeve shirts, & hoodies). Below you will find a link to an order form, in which there are additional images of the clothing. The theme is”Brave the Unknown.” Please note that you can pay for these items online using The ASK Foundation’s PayPal account.

Ordering a Yearbook before April 7th to get the $42 price point:
Scholars have worked really hard to create a yearbook that captures this year at The ASK Academy in very creative ways. Ordering a yearbook can be done completely online using the following TreeRing website link. If you have not ordered from TreeRing previously, you will need to register for an account. Please use the below link to order a yearbook before April 7th to receive the yearbook for $42. After April 7th, the price will increase.
